Do I have to make an appointment or do you accept walk ins?
No you do not need an appointment! Walk-ins are welcomed at our community. Please feel free to drop in whenever it is convenient for you, we are here to help!
Does Harrison Hill allow pets?
Yes, we allow cats throughout the building and dogs are permitted on the first and second floors. A fenced in dog park with benches is available in our private park as well.
How many pets are allowed?
A maximum of two pets are allowed in one apartment. Two cats, two dogs or a cat and a dog are acceptable combinations.
What is the fee for pets?
A fee of $50 is applied to monthly rent for a cat or dog living in an apartment.
Are there any dog breeds that aren’t allowed?
There are some breed restrictions, and all dogs are required to meet the property manager before being approved for our community to make sure they are social and not aggressive. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Boxers, Great Danes, Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Huskies, Rottweilers and German Shepherds.
Am I required to have renters insurance?
Yes, for our resident’s own protection it is required to have renters insurance.
What are your fees and monthly charges?
The only fee due to Harrison Hill Apartments is your monthly rent and security deposit, which is due at lease signing. The cable, Internet and TV service bill will be due to Comcast or Verizon each month. The electric bill will be due to PECO each month. Lease can start on any day of the month, and the rent is pro-rated accordingly.
What utilities are included in my lease?
Your monthly rent includes water, sewer, trash, maintenance and all amenities.
What appliances are included in the apartments?
Each apartment is fully equipped with stainless steel GE appliances including a refrigerator with a freezer and ice maker, a dishwasher, a full-sized stackable washer and dryer, a microwave and a stove. The sinks are stainless steel with pull out faucets and include a garbage disposal.
What is the trash policy?
Clean and convenient trash rooms with trash chutes are available on each end of the building on all floors. Residents are responsible for disposing their own recycling and trash.
Does the property have a fitness center?
We have a brand new fitness center that includes two treadmills, a stationary bike, free weights, a universal weightlifting system, yoga mats and exercise balls.
How long is the term of the lease?
The term of the lease is 12 months. Short term leases are available upon request for an additional fee.
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Yes, you can switch to month-to-month after your first year. An additional monthly fee will be added to your rent.
Do you offer short term leases?
Yes, we have furnished units available for a three-month minimum. Please contact a leasing agent for details.
Do you have cable services?
Both Comcast Xfinity and Verizon Fios are available.
Are gas grills permitted on your property?
We provide a common gas grille on our community patio and keep it stocked with gas for our residents use, free of charge!
When is my rent due?
Rent is due before the 5th of every month.
